People talk all the time. The objective was to guide employees – what information should be kept to yourself and remain discreet, and what can be discussed with externals (such as friends). In short, this campaign and training highlighted all that needed to be kept discreet.
This training was inspired by the world-renowned game, Cluedo, and is utilized here to solve mysteries across the organization, while understanding the importance of safeguarding customer privacy. The impact was immense, targeted to the entire company plus special safety and client security teams. The solution is in use to this day.
